📦 Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

🚚 Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via [USPS First Class or Priority Mail], depending on the size and value of the order. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

🌎 Domestic Shipping (U.S. only)

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

All packages are shipped discreetly, with no mention of seeds on the label or outer packaging.

💥 Lost, Stolen, or Seized Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or confiscated packages. That said, we care about your experience—if something goes wrong, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has shipped.

Return Policy — Spaceman Seed Co

At Spaceman Seed Co, we are committed to delivering high-quality, properly stored, and well-packaged seeds to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict but fair return policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

All Sales Are Final

Because seeds are a living product and their germination depends on a wide range of environmental factors beyond our control (e.g., grower technique, storage conditions, growing medium, etc.), we do not offer returns or refunds on seeds once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect strain(s)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and contents. We’ll do our best to make it right, either through a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Germination Guarantee

While we stand behind the quality of our genetics, we do not guarantee germination rates, as this depends heavily on your environment and method. However, if you believe you received a batch that may be defective, reach out and we’ll evaluate it case-by-case.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once a shipping label has been created, the order is considered final.
